Returns and Warranty

  • Unused, un-assembled jumps, in the original box may be returned within 30 days for full refund, less original shipping. No returns on custom jumps
  • Damaged in Shipping: If they are damaged or are missing parts or hardware, contact the office and we will ship replacement parts. Next Day Jumps LLC pays shipping.
  • ALL JUMP CUPS: Lifetime warranty to the original purchaser, buyer to pay shipping on warranty replacements.
  • Metal Keyhole Tracks: Lifetime warranty to the original purchaser, buyer to pay shipping on warranty replacements.
  • PVC Horse Jumps: 5 year warranty. If the jumps fail during normal use, caused by defects in material or workmanship, we will provide replacement parts or a replacement jump, our option (horse crashing not included) to the original purchaser. Email photos of the parts. Buyer to pay shipping.
  • Horse Damaged Jumps: Any part that breaks due to rough use or horse crashing can be replaced. Replacement parts are sold at $3 per foot of plastic. Email nextdayjumpsllc@gmail.com with a list of needed replacement parts for a price quote. Buyer to pay shipping on replacement parts
  • Pole end caps, track screws, show flowers: No warranty.
